چکیده
Introduction. As a result of the coronavirus infection (COVID-19) pandemic, almost 74.9 thousand people died pneumonia in Russia 2021. Community-acquired (CAP) is accompanied by systemic response body to inflammation lung tissue and disorder microhemocirculation. The method laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) allows assessing general parameters microcirculatory bed determining state various factors regulating nutritive flow. Aim. To conduct comparative analysis LDF indices patients with COVID-19- associated bacterial CAP. Materials methods. 140 were examined, 100 them non-severe CAP (main group), 40 extrapulmonary pathology (comparison group). main group included 44 56 COVID-19-associated Bacteriological studies sputum performed; detection SARS-CoV-2 RNA swabs from oropharynx nasopharynx PCR, assess peripheral blood flow was carried out. Results. In CAP, compared decrease microcirculation index 1.26 times (p<0.0005), an increase coefficient variation 1.11 (p<0.0005) found. Conclusion. more significant pathological changes Dopplerograms detected, which may indicate pronounced disorders caused exposure SARS-COV- 2 virus. Perhaps established fact can lead adverse outcomes course disease.

792Predictors of viral pneumonia in patients with community-acquired pneumonia
BACKGROUND Viruses are increasingly recognized as major causes of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). Few studies have investigated the clinical predictors of viral pneumonia, and the results have been inconsistent. In this study, the clinical predictors of viral pneumonia were investigated in terms of their utility as indicators for viral pneumonia in patients with CAP. METHODS Adult patient...
متن کاملViral and bacterial aetiology of community‐acquired pneumonia in adults
BACKGROUND Modern molecular techniques reveal new information on the role of respiratory viruses in community-acquired pneumonia. In this study, we tried to determine the prevalence of respiratory viruses and bacteria in patients with community-acquired pneumonia who were admitted to the hospital. METHODS Between April 2008 and April 2009, 408 adult patients (aged between 20 and 94 years) wit...
متن کاملInflammatory response in mixed viral-bacterial community-acquired pneumonia
BACKGROUND The role of mixed pneumonia (virus+bacteria) in community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) has been described in recent years. However, it is not known whether the systemic inflammatory profile is different compared to monomicrobial CAP. We wanted to investigate this profile of mixed viral-bacterial infection and to compare it to monomicrobial bacterial or viral CAP. METHODS We measured ba...
متن کاملQuantitative Laser Doppler Flowmetry
vii-Abstract Laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) is virtually the only non-invasive technique, except for other laser speckle based techniques, that enables estimation of the microcirculatory blood flow. The technique was introduced into the field of biomedical engineering in the 1970s, and a rapid evolvement followed during the 1980s with fiber based systems and improved signal analysis. The first i...

2. The use of oropharyngeal aspirate as the sample for isolation of bacterial pathogens associated with community acquired pneumonia (CAP) raises many questions. This is again highlighted by the isolation of organism like Acinetobacter and Citrobacter species from CAP cases. The value of isolating bacterial organisms that are frequently detected in the upper airways of children (eg, Streptococc...
